Today I got a few tips on competitive analysis….how to find out what your competitors are doing so you can take their leg-work and expand upon it to improve your own clients’ rankings…that was cool.

John Battelle is an ego-maniac…but then again, so is Steve Jobs.

Jennifer Slegg was great speaker….I’ll test my personal projects/experiments more often now because of her good advice.

I learned a few cool Google video SEO tricks and a great example of how important internal linking strategies are…I knew they were important, sure…but I didn’t realize how important.

The ‘Duplicate Content’ session could have been better, but I did learn about a couple of tools that I wasn’t aware of…so at least this new information will make my job a little easier, so I can’t complain.

Met some cool people…Dean Dowd, from Content Media Technology Marketing is a pretty cool cat. Beth from Fathom SEO deserves some link love, too.

A lot of people saw my conference badge and took the time to introduced themselves just because they recognized the ‘pixelpunk’ username from the forums…I was blown away by that…too cool!
