Even their Surveys suck.
I received an online survey request today from Yahoo! Search Marketing. Basically, they want to know why I spent $215,000+ a year of my clients money advertising with Google AdWords and only $6000 with them.

That kind of disruption advertising just doesn’t work anymore. It annoys people. And it damages your brand. PPC works precisely because people are seeking you out, they’ve already qualified themselves as potential customers!
